We know a couple things for sure:
1. God is omnipresent (Exodus 3:6, 14, etc.)
Moreover He said, “I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.
And God said unto Moses, “I AM THAT I AM:” and He said, “Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.”

2. God is omnipotent (Exodus 32:11, Job 36:22, etc.)
And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, “LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?”
“Behold, God exalteth by His power: who teacheth like him?”
3. God is omnicompetent (Psalms 35:24, 43:1, 50:6, etc.)
“Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.”
“Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.”
“And the heavens shall declare His righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.”
